How am i going to improve myself?
-stop fooling around
-do not be playful

what am i going to do about it?
-start being serious
-always wear tie
-take out the tie only after exiting the hall or class

how will i do it?
-ask any ex-com on the upcoming councill meeting
-ask the ex-com if our grooming is up to standard

what i want to be if i given to become an ex-comm. Why?
-i would like to become the chairman of the council because i think i have the leadership potential to becom one and i always up to challenges that are challenging and becoming a chairman is the perfect challenge to increase my leadership potential.

1. How can I improve myself?
Don't be playful.
Wear tie and when other councillors don't wear ask them to wear.
Dont be unattentive

2. What am I going to do about it?
Dont be childish and be a good example.
Wear tie.
Be more attentive

3. How will I do it?
Be more mature.
Wear the tie.
When Teachers talking listen and if they ask questions reply them.

4. What I want to be if I was given the chance to be in the ex-comm. why?
Chairman.
I want to plan things for my other batch councillors and help teachers and be a good role model and help the school plan more fun things and make Councillors enjoy being councillors.

5. Feedback for Bonding Session.
Have more bonding sessions.
Try not to make it on Fridays as there will be Netball and MT lesson and some people will not be able to have the fun.

1) How can I improve myself?

I would like to be more punctual for the duties especially the morning canteen duty.


2. What am I going to do about it?

I have started coming earlier by a few mins but would like to come at least 5mins earlier.


3. How will I do it?

Wake up earlier and remind myself tat i have duty and have to be punctual so as to show the juniors a good example.


4. What I want to be if I was given the chance to be in the ex-comm. why?

Im not sure.


5)Feedback for the bonding session

Its was kinda fun.Timing for each game was not enough.
But i would like to appreciate the sec 2 as tis was the first time they are doing a bonding session.

1) How can I improve myself?
go for duties.
check on my grooming.
give enough respect for everyone.


2) What am I going to do about it?\
got to tell myself that my grooming should be perfect.
always must have the saying " give respect, take respect"
be punctual for duties.


3) how will i do it?
set the alarm.
always remind myself if not ask my friends to remind me.


4)What I want to be if I was given the chance to be in the ex-comm. why?
if i had the chance, i would back off as i know that i m not ready and i m not perfect.
but if i could make it to ex-comm, i would be a welfare coordinator.

mostly, i didnt get the objective of the games, but still appreciate what the sub comm came up with.

1. How can I improve myself?
Attends meeting more often.
Not late for duty.

2. What am I going to do about it?
when there is meeting , i will try my very best to go.
go to sch early in order not to be late for duty.

3. How will I do it?
if there is a meeting, try to talk to my teacher in charge to allow me to go for meeting.
Wake up earlier and go sch early.

4. What I want to be if I was given the chance to be in the ex-comm. why?
pupil - management as i think i have the responsibilty to be the pupil management .

i can improve my grooming and do my duties properly and attend meetings regularly.i will try my best to be early for my duties and attend most of the meeting..The bonding session was fun and i got a chance to know more of the sec 1s..

-I will identify the area that requires attention(e.g.attitude,grooming or punctuality)

-I will ask the ex-comm and my fellow sub-comm what i am lacking and the area I
need to improve on

3. How will I do it?
-I would focus on the area which needs attention and I would do my best to improve
on it

4. What I want to be if I was given the chance to be in the ex-comm. why?
-I do not mind getting any position in the ex-comm.I think I have the confidence
and the willingness to take up any position in the ex-comm and I would be
committed in whatever position I am given.

5. Feedback for Bonding Session.
I think the sub-comm have put in a lot of effort in coming up with the games and
finishing the proposal.I think the Bonding Session went well but the session was
not according to the schedule the sub-comm had as some games needed more time.
Hopefully,the councillors and the sub-comm have learnt something from this
Bonding Session.

-pulling up my socks so that i meet up to gromming expectation
-pull down my skirt until my knee lenght

-i will take christy advice ... and will buck up on my weakness.

-if i was given a chance of course i would like to be a ex-comm.Cause so that i could be a role model to my junior counciller and make the obey the rules

-Bonding session was ok. I had fun and i enjoy myself . i suggest that yall must countinue have more differents games so that we would enjoy ourself more

This post is regarding the duty.
so far, i have missed 2 duties,
1)recess canteen
2)morning canteen
Reason: i didnt realise it was my duty week until i saw my group members doing the duty.
next time, i will keep myself informed abt the duty weeks.

Sry for the late post as my internet was facing some problems.

The duty i am late for is Morning canteen.

It is because i normally come exactly on time but by the time i reach there the music is played.sometimes the music is played earlier so i become late.
But i will try my best to come earlier for my morning duties.
